Nicola Mulryan
Nicola works with graphic and surface design based in Oslo Norway, working through her independent studio, Multebær.
Design is at the heart of everything I create. By combining illustration, collage and digital techniques, I develop distinctive designs for fabric, wallpaper, interiors, packaging and print. My work is inspired by botanical themes, nature, vintage illustration, Art Deco, Art Nouveau, contemporary art and the timeless simplicity of Scandinavian design.
I specialise in creating original repeat patterns, placement prints, coordinated collections and bespoke designs tailored to a client’s brand, product or creative vision. Existing designs can also be recoloured, rescaled or adapted for different applications.
Alongside surface pattern design, Nicola offers graphic design services, including visual identity, brochures, presentations, promotional materials and digital artwork. I work primarily with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, combining creative ideas with production-ready design.
I’m available for freelance projects, commissioned work and ongoing creative collaborations with brands, businesses, architects and interior designers.
